What the service is
Credit Season publishes general information about selected South African loan providers and matching services. It is not a lender, credit provider, debt counsellor, financial adviser or guarantor. We do not approve, decline, arrange or pay loans.
No personal quotation
Amounts, terms and other information are published reference information. They are not a personal offer, an affordability assessment, a credit decision or a guarantee of approval, price or payment time. The provider’s current quotation and agreement control.
Use of the repayment tool
The repayment check performs arithmetic using the figures you enter. It does not calculate a lender-specific rate, verify fees, assess affordability or replace a pre-agreement statement and quotation. Check every charge, repayment date and the total repayment with the provider.
External websites
Provider and affiliate links lead to independent services. Their terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules and decisions apply once you leave Credit Season. We do not control their availability, content or lending decisions.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it to submit false information. We may update, correct, suspend or remove content when provider terms, affiliate availability or legal requirements change.
Applicable law
These terms are intended for use with the South African version of Credit Season. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other protections that apply to you are not limited by these terms. The operating legal entity and formal notice address must be inserted before public launch.
